Wedding Packages

Day-of Coordinating

Experience our Day-of Coordinating services at $150 per hour.

From directing your wedding party during rehearsal to cleaning up at the end of the night, having our team at your event allows us to be in two (or sometimes three) places at once. Our team is able to take on any task time allows, as we pride ourselves in being flexible and catering to your needs. When booking a minimum of 6 hours for your event, we include 2 complimentary 30 minute meetings, a shared Google document to make sure we are up to date on all of the plans for your event. We also can provide a detailed preferred vendor list upon request.

Partial Planning

Starting at $3000, our Partial Planning Package is for the involved couple who wants to make the big decisions or already has specific vendors in mind, but doesn’t want the stress of the logistics like creating the wedding day timeline or seating chart. This package includes 12 hours onsite the day of your event, 1.5 hours the day before for the rehearsal, 2 full 60 minute planning meetings, a complete timeline, and we can include a hair and makeup timeline if requested. This package includes everything we offer in our Day-Of Coordinating Package. During our meetings together, we can also discuss with you other areas we are able to help relieve stress leading up to your event.

Full-Service Planning

Starting at $6000, our full-service event planning package encompasses organizing your event from inception to execution. Our team takes charge of contacting and coordinating with vendors on your behalf, ensuring that every aspect aligns with your vision and budget. We meticulously create a full timeline, mapping out the entire event from setup to teardown, leaving no detail overlooked. To keep you stress-free and informed, we maintain constant contact leading up to the event, providing updates, addressing any concerns, and confirming details. This package includes 12 hours onsite, 2 hours at the rehearsal, and 3 full 60 minute planning meetings, along with everything listed in our Day-Of Coordinating Package. With our full-service event planning, you can relax and enjoy the lead-up to your special day, confident that every element is being expertly managed to create a memorable and flawless experience.
